Delhi raises Rs 25,000 crore for capital works after borrowing clearance: Rekha Gupta

Rekha Gupta said Delhi has raised Rs 25,000 crore from the market for capital expenditure after securing a separate account and borrowing permission. The funds are slated for Yamuna rejuvenation, water supply, health infrastructure, public transport, roads and flyovers.
