HUL Q1 Net Profit Rises 5.7% to Rs 1,897 Crore; Sales up 3.65%

The company had posted a net profit of Rs 1,795 crore in April-June quarter of the previous fiscal. Its sales during the quarter under review rose 3.65 per cent to Rs 10,570 crore, as against Rs 10,197 crore in the corresponding period a year ago, Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) said in a regulatory filing.
